Meh. Update on the Fragment Loss Sitch.

'"Hi everyone. We want to thank you for your patience as we have been investigating the on-going bugs caused during the 2.13.0 update. Over the weekend, our team investigated accounts impacted by these issues and we have determined there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution to restore fragments regardless of if fragments went missing around the 2.13.0 update or after our fix. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. With that said, we are discussing how to offset those losses with other make-good solutions and will have more information on this soon.

I want to assure you that we understand the frustrations this experience has caused and we will continue to be mindful as future updates come to the game. Thank you all."

I'm just not going to comment on it beyond saying it doesn't sound like we're getting the missing fragments back. 😢

ETA: On questioning they have now added 'it is safe to place and prestige images.' Presumably because no further changes are going to be taking place. 😕
