harry potter: witches unite!

Rumour has had it they were going to make Death Eaters moon dependent, sort of an anti-werewolf as timing goes. Not sure if there's any truth to it, but for the first time outside of the Events I'm seeing Death Eater Oddities on the map tonight. TFTD drew bunches after dark. Might be worth a try if you need some for your registries.
