Well the colour coding is very helpful, but I got excited and made the mistake of getting a couple instead of trying for the Brilliant Portmanteaus, which I need for my registry. (Talk about brilliant... lol) Now I have, what, 2 days to sort it? That should end well. 😐
The dragon ones aren't behaving the way portkeys usually do. Normally they aren't visible at all unless you have a free slot, but they popped up for me despite my portkey vault being full. Still, I'd expect your chances to see them to be better with a free slot. (There's an algorithm that allows a seed / water ingredient to appear on your map in X amount of time / space / distance traveled, blah blah, and apparently portkeys normally appear 1) when you have space to pick one up and 2) when a seeds packet or watering can would have otherwise showed up, so I'd think doing that should help.)
