Well Padma, Pomfrey and Rosemerta aren’t in the registry, they’re not in the game, so no boosting them. Andromeda wasn’t even in the movies. Tonks they may have forgotten, or it’s a question of the family the Foundables belong to, because it’s always annoying when you have most of a page complete and can’t advance.
